At Hello Nails, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unused beauty products.

Return Process

  Log into your account portal and select the items you wish to return to receive a unique Return Authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the unused products in their original packaging, ensuring all safety seals are intact to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
